Jodie
is the first person, (usually), who answers the phone. She is very
skilled at consult and surgery scheduling, and is knowledgeable in
aspects of plastic and cosmetic surgery questions. Jodie is pleasant
and goes out of her way to accommodate the patients. Karen runs the
billing and insurance department, and has many years of experience
working in the medical field. She also helps out Jodie with the Front
Office. Both Jodie and Karen are committed to helping the patients, to
make them feel at ease, and to make their experience a comfortable one.

encourage you to explore Dr. Nolan's two additional websites. Implant
Forum is based on patient's experiences with Plastic surgery of the
breast, not only with Dr. Nolan but with a variety of Surgeons. There
are before and after pictures submitted by both the Physicians and the
Patients. There is also a chat room and email addresses of various
patients. The website with ASPS has more of a "medical based" feel. It
is an excellent site loaded with information on various procedures and
current technologies. It also has listings of all Board Certified
Plastic Surgeons.
